Hole #18 is a good chance at making a birdie to end your round. The uphill tee shot is blind and you can't see the green. Aim just right of the woods and you will have a very good shot into the green. Aim to far right and there are trees that could get in your way on your second shot. If you miss the green try to miss it in front, as this elevated green can give you a tricky chip shot from the other areas. Also a bunker guards the right side of the green.  This can be a good hole for a long putt to finish off hopefully a good round.
